An einem 12306-Selbstbedienungsautomaten scannen Sie Ihren Reisepass, und auf dem Bildschirm erscheint „Dokument nicht erkannt“ oder es wird kein Ticket gedruckt.
🔍 MOST LIKELY CAUSE
Die Automaten an den Bahnhöfen lesen den Reisepass über die MRZ-Zeile per optischem Scanner; verschmierte, laminierte oder ältere Reisepassformate werden von der OCR nicht erkannt, und einige Automaten akzeptieren ausschließlich Festland-Personalausweise.
✓ HOW TO FIX
Gehen Sie mit Ihrem Reisepass und der Bestellnummer zum manuellen Fahrkartenschalter oder nutzen Sie die 12306-App mit dem E-Ticket-QR-Code und passieren Sie direkt das ID-Gate.
