🔍 MOST LIKELY CAUSE
Les bornes en gare lisent la bande MRZ du passeport via un scanner optique ; les passeports sales, plastifiés ou d'un ancien format échouent à la lecture OCR, et certaines machines n'acceptent que les cartes d'identité chinoises.
✓ HOW TO FIX
Rendez-vous au guichet manuel avec votre passeport et votre numéro de commande, ou utilisez l'application mobile 12306 avec le code QR du billet électronique et passez directement par le portillon d'identification.
