Yes for the highlights. You can cover the Bund, Yu Garden, Pudong, French Concession, and a water town trip comfortably. Add a day for the Shanghai Museum, Long Museum, or a day trip to Suzhou or Hangzhou.
When is the Bund best?
Sunrise (5-6 AM, fewer crowds, soft light) and after dark (skyscrapers lit up). The Bund promenade is open 24 hours. The Pudong skyline lights up at 18:30 in summer, 17:30 in winter.
Is Shanghai Tower worth it?
Yes — 632 m, second-tallest building in the world. The observation deck on the 118th floor gives 360-degree views. Visit on a clear day; fog or smog makes it pointless. Buy tickets online to skip queues.
Do I need a visa for Shanghai?
