Le partenaire KYC de WeChat Pay compare votre passeport au nom exactement tel qu'imprimé, y compris les deuxièmes prénoms et les signes diacritiques ; toute différence avec le nom de votre carte bancaire entraîne un rejet automatique.
✓ HOW TO FIX
Saisissez le nom caractère par caractère tel qu'il apparaît sur la ligne MRZ du passeport, utilisez une carte dont le nom du titulaire correspond exactement à celui du passeport, et réessayez en Wi-Fi plutôt qu'en données mobiles en itinérance.
