🔍 MOST LIKELY CAUSE
护照照片模糊、MRZ 区域被裁掉，或日期格式不符合要求（需为 DD MMM YYYY）。
✓ HOW TO FIX
将护照平放在深色表面上重新拍摄，确保包含完整的 MRZ 区域（底部两行），然后重新上传。如果仍失败，可切换到 WeChat Pay，其 OCR 识别更为宽松。
