🔍 MOST LIKELY CAUSE
Tour Pass 充值未达到 ¥150 最低限额，或商家终端不支持外卡网络。
✓ HOW TO FIX
打开支付宝 → Tour Pass → 至少充值 ¥150。如仍被拒，请商家在终端上开启"国际卡（international card）"功能。
