为什么高铁自动售票机无法识别我的护照？

在 12306 自助售票机上扫描护照后，屏幕显示"无法识别证件"或没有打印车票。
🔍 MOST LIKELY CAUSE
车站自助机通过光学扫描仪读取护照的机读区（MRZ）条码；护照有污损、覆膜或为旧版格式时，光学字符识别（OCR）会失败；此外部分机器仅支持读取中国大陆身份证。
✓ HOW TO FIX
携带护照和订单号前往人工售票窗口办理，或使用 12306 手机 App 调出电子客票二维码，直接刷证（扫码）进站乘车。
