Arrival, Wanxiang Cave & Bailong River

Guan'egou Day

About 100 km north to Dangchang County — a national 5A area of two valleys, Guanzhu and Eman, strung with lakes and waterfalls under peaks near 4,000 m; the entrance sits some 5 km from the county town, where you sleep for the dawn light on the water.

Day 3

Hadapu & Departure

Some 35 km back down the valley, the memorial and preserved old street mark where the passing Red Army in September 1935 read the newspapers that set its course; a factual, quiet visit, then the train from Hadapu station on the Lanzhou-Chongqing line, open through here since 2017.
