An hour north, the Zushan massif tops out around 1,428 metres at Tianü Peak; cableway up, boardwalks along the flower meadows, and long views back to the coast.

The reservoir below Jiaoshan holds the wall's reflection on calm mornings; boats and a shore path fill the morning, then a market lunch and the HSR out.
