🔍 MOST LIKELY CAUSE
La foto del pasaporte está borrosa, la banda MRZ está recortada o el formato de fecha no coincide (se requiere DD MMM YYYY).
✓ HOW TO FIX
Vuelve a tomar la foto sobre una superficie oscura, incluye toda la banda MRZ (las dos líneas en la parte inferior) y vuelve a subirla. Si sigue fallando, cambia a WeChat Pay, que tiene un OCR más flexible.
