Los viajeros extranjeros no pueden ingresar a la Región Autónoma del Tíbet de forma independiente; un Permiso de Viaje a Tíbet y un arreglo obligatorio de guía con vehículo con licencia son obligatorios, emitidos únicamente a través de una agencia de viajes registrada.
✓ HOW TO FIX
Reserva un tour paquetizado a Tíbet a través de una agencia autorizada (ellos obtienen el permiso, el guía y el vehículo), y reserva tu vuelo a Lhasa solo después de tener el permiso en mano.
