なぜ高速鉄道の券売機にパスポートが拒否されたのか？

⚠️ SYMPTOM
12306の自動券売機でパスポートを読み取ると、画面に「ドキュメントが認識されません」と表示され、券が発行されない。
🔍 MOST LIKELY CAUSE
駅の券売機はパスポートのMRZ（機械読取領域）を光学スキャナーで読み取るため、汚れている、ラミネート加工されている、または旧式のパスポートはOCRに失敗し、一部の機械は中国本土の身分証しか受け付けない。
✓ HOW TO FIX
係員対応のチケット窓口にパスポートと予約番号を持参して行くか、12306モバイルアプリで電子チケットのQRコードを使って、本人確認ゲートを直接通過する。
