🔍 MOST LIKELY CAUSE
一般的な詐欺は、北京のWangfujing、上海のBund、西安のMuslim Quarterで観光客をターゲットにしています。多くは「無料招待」から始まり、高圧的な販売に誘導されるパターンです。
✓ HOW TO FIX
ステップ1: 安全を確保する — 丁重に断って立ち去る。ステップ2: 詐欺で金銭を取られた場合は、24時間以内に110（警察）に通報する — カードチャージバックには警察の報告書が必要です。ステップ3: クレジットカードの不正利用は、銀行の国際コレクトコール（collect-call）番号に電話してカードを凍結する。ステップ4: National Tourist Complaint Hotline：12301（24時間対応、英語対応）に報告する。
