✓ HOW TO FIX
WeChat → マイページ → サービス → ウォレット → 銀行カード → 「+」を追加 → 「Add a Foreign Card」を選択。パスポートと電話番号の認証を完了してから、再度お試しください。対応ブランド：Visa、Mastercard、JCB、Discover、Diners。
