Meiling Tunnel Trail (梅灵隧道, Méilíng Suìdào)

What to expect
梅灵隧道徒步道是杭州经典的近郊徒步路线，连接灵隐地区与梅家坞茶村，因途经梅灵隧道而得名。路线以山路和茶园小道为主，部分路段需行走公路（灵隐至梅家坞段有施工车辆通行，需注意安全）。沿途山林茂密，负氧离子含量高，是城市近郊难得的洗肺路线。
历史上这一带是杭州茶叶——龙井茶的重要产区。梅家坞村是西湖龙井的核心产地之一，周恩来总理曾多次到访此处视察茶园。徒步路线经过的茶园至今仍生机勃勃，春季采茶季节可看到茶农忙碌的身影。梅灵隧道附近原有古道保存至今，部分路段保留青石板路面。
徒步建议：装备舒适的登山鞋或运动鞋，带足饮用水（全程约需1.5-2升）和简单补给。夏季注意防晒和防蚊虫，冬季注意保暖。山中信号不稳定，建议提前下载离线地图。部分路段较陡，有登山杖可缓解膝关节压力。终点梅家坞有农家乐和茶馆，可在此用餐品茶。

起点：杭州公交7路、324路至灵隐站，沿灵隐路向山里步行约1公里即到徒步道入口。终点梅家坞：公交1314路（网红爱情线）可达。杭州东站打车至灵隐约30元，30分钟。

- 不建议雨后徒步，山路湿滑危险；暴雨天气不要进山

- 终点梅家坞村有知味观二号和多家农家乐可用餐，价格比市区略贵但可接受
- 春季徒步建议携带雨具，山区小气候多变
- 若体力有限，可乘车至梅家坞，反向徒步至灵隐，全程变为下坡
